There should be additional licensing needed for motorway driving! So many people just can't drive on motorways.
The M25 is the worst, far too many 'city dwellers' who are scared of motorways who just hop on for two junctions and back off again, while there though they sit in one lane at a fixed speed, I've seen lorries doing 56mph have to undertake them when they are in the middle lanes.

I totally agree with you there about people who don't know how to use a road correctly. Motorways are the worst, closely followed by dual carriageways, roundabouts and restrictions.
What annoys me is people who sit in the middle lane when there is nothing to the left. Or worst still, people in the fast lane who do it! I tend to give them a little time to move before undertaking them. Either they don't know how to use a motorway or are in their own la la land.
I think that the majority of people out there need to go and re-read the highway code.

On a lighter note.. 80mph +10%+ 3mph= 91mph.... Result...

I thought it was 10% plus 1.
