Phoenix X Komodo

- Unproven pairing, Phoenix was put with Pooface last year and he wasn't much interested and neither was she, had her probed just incase and she is a she so hopefully she will go this year. Komodo is my own bred boy and its his first year. Hope he is up for it, I shall be terribly proud Both intense red and oranges, none of your washed out Amels here. Interesting to see if his pattern passes on at all.

Myrtle X Pooface
Anery het. Diffused, Charcoal (I think!) X Hypo Diffused het. Charcoal, Anery, Amel
-It's mostly first timers this year. Myrtles first and Poofaces second although he only sired 1 baby last year, I think the cause was his parter not him. Lets hope he is up for it as he is booked for 2 ladies this year. Myrtle is a lovely Anery who hasn't browned out yet like so many do, I'm keen to pass this on!

Blanche X Pooface
Avalanche het. Charcoal, Hypo X Hypo Diffused het. Charcoal, Anery, Amel
-Potential for a bunch of white snakes which will be impossible to identify. But should be fun nonetheless!

Scully X River
Okeetee Phase het. Amel, Anery X Platinum
- Scully's Sire is a big ol' lovely Okeetee from nearly 20 years ago! So she isn't a 'true' Okeetee however is a robust girl with lovely thick borders. I want to put this into my Platinum line to see if I can thicken up the borders. A longer project which I may not end up liking the result of but I'm always looking for the best and they may look great

Highly likely to change, I'm horribly indecisive & the ladies ultimately choose who does what I am hoping to pair around 6 girls, with a view to ending up with possibly only 4 clutches if last year is anything to go by. They wont be huge clutches due to the age/ size of the girls I would think.
I will hopefully add pictures of the adults shortly.

This is a repeat mating, the hatchings were extremely robust and great feeders. The stripes were solid and from neck to tail as they should be I couldn't resist trying these two again.

Another repeat mating, Trinity was to get a year off but we felt folliciles so went ahead and paired her with Aro. The Coral Snow & Ghost from their pairing are something else, so pure and PINK!

This is Komodo's first year of breeding but Ahi paired with River in 2009. This mating may turn up Opal, Opal Stripe or even Hypo Opal stripe. We are keen to see how Komodo's cube pattern carries on.

This lad has been hesitant to pair however I decided a different tactic to putting the male in during the evening and tried early morning instead...BINGO! Diffusion on this pair is fabulous as is their genetics and lines. I'm excited for this one!
