Just one thing stood out to me, hope you dont mind me mentioning it and would love it if I'm wrong:

If she has MBD, she really shouldn't be in with a male as the extra stress of mating and calcium loss creating eggs could do some real further damage.
I fully agree didn't notice that Custard was a male.

I would recommend removing the male because she shouldn't be bred from at all.

i did purely feed her off waxworms, so she didnt get atticted to them. feed her a couple a day for a couple of weeks then moved her onto small locus and moved the size up of locus while still feeding her a couple of waxworms a week then. Everything went fine while doing this

i do understand this, but i have been watching her for over a year and only just decided that she is gaining weight and her bones dont seem to be getting any worst, infact she seems to be getting better, she is able to run better and she is look a whole healthier gecko in all.

If they mate, and she produces eggs, it could put her back to square one. Breeding really does put a large strain on any animal.

If a reptile has had severe MBD, I really dont recommend breeding them for a long time.
