Default new viv pics

Apep is now in his new home just want to put a few more plants and maby another branch in for him, hes hideing quiet a bit at the mo but guess he needs time to settle being all new suroundings.

LOL thanks Dan, you could be right there, Ive put a 200 comodo ceramic in for night and background heat as you advised will this be ok for the winter months ask as his viv is in conservatory and it gets rather cold in there? thought about getting a 300 as well so can change over for winter if need be or will the 200 be ok?

good stuff. you'll just have to wait and see mate...its only for night heat and as long as over 75F at night it should be ok..like you say,you can always up it if need be. will hardly be on i bet in the weather we are having at the min-thats one thing you will have to watch being in a conservatory,that it doesnt get too hot in the summer....

Ill get the 300 then should i need it Ive already got it conservatory has vertical blinds all round and a big ceiling fan so i can shade it and cool it down so i think i should be OK summer, what summer we get that is lol

Yea nice starter cage! get building ( depending on how fast you can build a bigger cage of course) just a point on your substrate from your other post shallow substrate dries out really fast after a few days to week or so, so don't worry about your high humidity as you will be spraying at some stage.

as for bigger cage ive started converting my spare room im currently putting slate tiles dowl
