Question poss overweight

hi i think my bosc is a bit overweight, he is about 1 year old, and although when he walks his belly is off the ground and he can run like the wind, he seems a bit to roundish for my liking, he can move his body into all sorts of shapes and sizes but when standing still on all fours he just seems a bit fat,

since i had him i fed him between 5~10 morio worms a day, he also has large black crickets and locusts when my shop has them in, and a chick once a week, i am now in the process of building him a large viv so he can do some climbing about and walk more,

can i now feed him every other day, and if so what should i be feeding him as in quantity wise, i have heard a boiled egg as a treat is good do i leave it whole or chop it up and leave the shell on it?

kinds regards and thanks in advance for any replies

Mark
