Default me lizard be digging a nest? pics.

hi all, put a new nesting box in for me female salvator,and she seems to be liking it .she has been looking around and digging,but now seems to have settled.be keeping me eye on the situation for sure.few pics she is huge and this is after a poo!well gravid!

where do you keep her m8, just wondered why there are copper pipes and a boiler, is that safe? does she not have a nive viv?
