We just passed our elctrical inspection, now during the rehab were stzrting our build this weekend on our v.varius habitats,size isnt an issue! all ideas welcome.

Hi bw, what do you have in mind yourself?

I was thinking about a green house type set up,with the underground heating, solar hot water heater,with solar electrical to run the lights and pumps etc.... Size, i was thinking 12x12x8

Back home in Australia, I used to keep mine in an outdoor aviary type enclosure for approx 6 months of the year, and that measured around 4 x 3 x 2.5 metres (LWH). But apart from the covered area, there was no extra heating etc, and they came inside during the colder months.
I don`t know the climate where you are, so can`t advise on heating etc, but the size would be o.k for a pair, though bigger is always better if possible, as you know!
Obviously, an all glass cage will get VERY hot at certain times, so depending on climate, might not work?
The solar electrical would be a good idea I think, because it would cost quite a lot to heat that size during the colder months...

I guess bigger wins as,were going with 20x10x6 ft, sorry have to learn about meters... Yeah....its cold about2-4mnths a year
