Its like snakes etc, and most 'wild' animals

Eat loads over the summer months when there is loads to eat and its stored because of the winter months. This is why our body does it, thinks the tougher months may come again!!!

Its about eating the right stuff and amounts and then burning the amount of calories

If you don't eat regulary your metabolism will slow down. If you don't eat very often the body panics and stores fat. When there's not enough food for your body to metabolise it takes muscle, NOT fat. Muscle burns more calories than fat. So by not eating very often you're stripping calorie burning muscle and exchanging it will fat. Start eating Aims. Little and often to keep the fire burning.

I have porridge made with water and a little skimmed milk on the top to cool it down. No sugar though. Porridge is great. It's quite filling and it LOWERS cholesterol. Win, win.

That's not healthy Aims. You should really try and have 3 meals a day. Start doing that and you'll lose a little of your arse.

(Please note having never seen your Arse Aims i'm purely basing the above post on your own fat ass post).
