Default The best pet story I've ever been told.

Today I was told the best pet story I've ever been told. We had to wait in for Dreams to deliver 2 single beds. 2 men took them upstairs then they came in to the living room for me to sign the paper work. One of the men asked me "what have you got in there?" I told them what I had then he began to tell me what happened to his Mum. His Mum went to a pet shop and fell in love with a newt. She decided to buy a tank then come the next day to pick it up. After a few weeks a family member came to visit and she showed them the Newt. It turned out it wasn't a Newt but a 'CROCODILE!' After a few years the newt/croc had grown to 5-6ft. The man's partially sighted Dad came on to the living room and moved the stuffed animal draft excluder away from door but what he thought was the stuffed animal draft excluder in the shape of a Crocodile turned out to be the real 'CROCODILE!' sitting behind the door. After that they sent the Croc to a wildlife park. While being told this, I just sat there opened mouthed.

Let this be a warning to anybody thinking about buying a Newt.

How the hell did she get away with keeping a Croc with no DWAL?
