I am sure I speak for a lot of people when I say I would love to see real evidence of things you are doing to get yourself to where you want to be but I'm just not seeing it, and with your social skills your making things harder for yourself every day!
Everyone can be a keyboard warrior - surely its better to come across nicely, accurately and correctly, instead of as a pompous arrogant prick.
There is no harm in being right and correcting people if you do it in a nice way - it happens all the time in life and on forums, but as stated you do it in a rude and condescending way. This is no way to gain respect or friends.

Whilst I may have misunderstood and misinterpreted some of laws and I might not be an expert in field herpetology the one thing that I do know argogance and a know it all attitude causes accidents which can cause serious injury and in some cases death.

Due to your know it all attitude you failed to realise you can take photos without disturbing yes it may be difficult but it is certainly not impossible (or as you put it in your words it cant be done and this is the only way but if you look in the english dictionary there is no such word as cant) you then try to make me look a dick in the process the only person looking the dick is you because you have just proven that you haven't learnt and haven't changed despite best advice from others including well known and respected professional keepers.

What you fail to comprehend due to your arrogance and know it all attitude is that people who keep,own and work with venomous snakes are a very tight knit community who talk amongst themselves.

In order for you get a DWA licence you would have to be mentored by a licenced holder and just from what I've read on other forums other than rfuk and captive bred they wouldn't let you any where near their premises yet alone a snake.

When I was an apprentice I was given some advice which has stood me in good stead over the years and I've passed this advice on to my kids.
I was told "listeners learn" to start with i didnt understand the full meaning of it it wasnt until later on in life when the full extent of that advice became apparent how ever this bit advice would be pointless on you as you don't listen.
God forbid the day someone is stupid enough to mentor you in order for you get a dwa license.

But if you do ever get that dwa license I would reserve a bed at the local hospital because you will spending a lot of time there.

Just how many forums have you been banned from it seems a consistent trend with you.
And for the record if I find out you have acquired a dwa snake without obtaining your license I personally will shop you.

I also want to point out it was your cocky and desrepectfull first comment made to me instead of being polite and pointing out the information that i had provided was mis Informed you were rather rude about it instead it this was quickly followed by the fresh import from rfuk snipe.
You really do need to learn some manners then maybe just maybe you might just gain some respect from others you have give respect in order to earn it.
Put it this way if you had spoken to me like that in public I would of put you on your arse without hesitation and before you type a smart arse comment to that statement I'd would advise you think about it very wisely.
