No i havnt contacted anyone, i talked to my local shop owner (he didnt sell em to me) and on this forum, I assumed this happens so regularly that it would be really simple and quick to sort these out.

You copy all the same details on to the new app form on line, only thing you change is the name and address, you put "yours" in, then you print it of as it doesn't save details etc, then send the form along with the old one together

ok thanks so much, i assume i send it to the address in box 3 on the application form?, and i heard you have to pay money for this? in each of my 2 papers(one for each tort) in box 4 it says, 'One live unmarked tortoise with a plastron length of less than 100mm, hatched 2007, previous certificate no. ...'
Thanks, Ryan |

Hi Ryan yes you post to that address, and the charge is £25 each application as far as im aware, bloody rip off i know. If writing a cheque make sure you write it out to Animal Health and not defra, as for box 4 just write the same as you said they are both still under 100mm. Its all very confusing since defra fetch the charges in, its all gone to cockeral
