thanks for the tip davo, but the filter inlet can only go there, just the way the cabinet is built, filter won't go on the other side.

plec is just a common standard one, got it for free from work.

Cindy, i have been offered a male (another rescue), but i do not think my tank is big enough for 2 turtles.

i could do but it is quite a temperamental filter, and i have had loads of problems with it getting airlocks in the pipes, i moved them around recently and havent had any problems since then, i don't want to c**k it up again.

but i do appreciate the tip thanks

she is alot more active at the moment, especially in the evenings, she lives in the same room as my xbox, so i have lots of time to watch her :D she has been chasing the fish round the tank today, she hasnt tried to eat any of them, think she just finds it amusing

update, she ate all the tiger barbs and the plec lol, also she demolished all the plants.





yes i know the water looks yellow, but thats because i just got her a new bit of wood

lol, she is awesome the plec was bigger than her head and the tiger barbs were about the same size lol she is a good hunter
