Paul, I've been looking over your enclosures more and noticed on the inside what looks to be a built in guard for ceramics within the enclosure, do you not make a version of the cage without this as I wouldn't require that for Chondro's, as I use heaters not ceramics, and it would take up important space.

Hi, many thanks for your enquiry. The design that we have settled on has been one that has been well researched and gives the maximum number of options for both heating and lighting. It is true that the space at the top of the unit is for the discrete placement of heatlamps which gives maximum safety where snakes are concerned as it gives them nothing to curl up around or hang from. Whilst this does take up a sizeable amount of space in the unit, it is true, so does a heater and we have always felt that this was a good design, especially if you plan to stack the units. Is it an AHS type heater?
That said, we are very open to people's opinions and if you feel that there would be a market for vivariums without this for Chondro keepers, then it may be something that we would consider. At the moment though, our moulds do not allow for variations and any adaption would have to be done post-production which would obviously increase the cost and may detract from the finish.
Thanks again for your message.

Kind regards, Paul.

Yes it is an AHS heater and I was wondering as obviously companies differ with some having whilst other's not and thought I would enquire.

For your arboreal range if you was to include a smaller set of enclosure sizes, you may want to consider that as an alternative.

Hi, it has been a while since I updated this post and thought I would just mention that our 6 foot terrestrial vivariums are now finished, we have a new range of reasonably priced heat mats and our misting system is nearing the end of it's testing, so will be added to the site soon!

It has been a long time coming, but I think it will be worth it

We have just re-launched our website to give more features and functionality whilst hoping to improve the 'user experience'. To celebrate this we are going to offer free delivery on our range of fibreglass vivarium's for the whole of July. These include our Arboreal vivs as well as our new 6ft Terrestrial units. In most cases the units will be delivered by our own staff/van to ensure a safe arrival. I hope you all approve

Hi Stuart, sorry if I breached the forum rules. I have already placed an ad in the classifieds, but I thought I would also mention to forum members that the website had been changed / updated. Please feel free to delete the posts if necessary.

Regards, Paul.
